Mobile

Tier cards become a vertical stack with Silver first and a "Compare plans" anchor. The comparison table scrolls horizontally inside a container with the feature column pinned. The calculator inputs stack above the results table, and results become one card per plan.

States

Calculator empty or invalid input: show inline error under the field and keep the last valid result greyed. Plans config failure: show a static fallback message "Pricing is being updated, please check back shortly" and hide the CTA. Offer expired: banner removed and Founding column hidden. Logged-in teacher: CTAs change to the current plan state. Loading: skeleton cards for the four tiers.
