Notes

1. Page title and primary action. Heading with a "Book a new experience" button to 02-search-results.html. Data: bookings where customer id equals the logged-in user. noindex.
2. Action-needed banner. Surfaces the single most urgent item: offer awaiting reply, unpaid accepted offer, issue window closing, review due. Stacks up to 3 then "and 2 more". Links to 21-booking-offer-review.html.
3. Tabs. Upcoming (confirmed, future), Pending (requests awaiting teacher and offers awaiting you, plus drafts), Past (completed or auto-completed), Cancelled (cancelled, declined, expired, refunded), Saved teachers. Counts load with the page. Selected tab kept in the URL (?tab=past).
4. Search, filter and sort. Search by teacher name or reference (debounced 300 ms). Event type filter. Sort: soonest first (default for Upcoming), most recent first (default for Past). Page size 10.
5. Booking card (upcoming). Thumbnail, service title, teacher, city, reference, date, venue, group size, amount paid (example), status badge and funds status. Actions: View booking, Message (opens 25-booking-detail-messages.html). Status badge values: Request sent, Offer received, Awaiting payment, Confirmed, In progress, Awaiting your confirmation, Completed, Issue raised, Cancelled, Refunded.
6. Past booking card. Shows "Leave a review" if no review exists (only for verified completed bookings), links to 26-leave-review.html. "Book again" repeats the booking with the same teacher and package prefilled.
7. Cancelled card. Shows who cancelled, date, refund amount and expected arrival date. No action except view details. Refund timing copy: "Refunds reach your card in 5 to 10 working days."
8. Saved teachers. Grid of saved profiles from the heart icon on cards and profiles. Remove asks no confirmation but offers undo toast. Data from favourites table. Empty copy: "You have not saved any teachers yet. Browse dance teachers" linking to 02-search-results.html.

Mobile

Sidebar becomes a bottom tab bar (Bookings, Messages, Saved, Reviews, Account). Tabs scroll horizontally. Cards stack with the image above and full-width buttons; filters collapse behind a "Filter and sort" button.

States

Empty (new customer): "No bookings yet. Find a dance teacher for your next celebration" with search box and category links. Empty tab: tab-specific copy, for example "No cancelled bookings". Loading: three skeleton cards. Error: "We could not load your bookings. Try again" with retry. Logged-out: redirect to 29-login.html. The teacher view of bookings is 50-teacher-bookings.html.
